POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concessions Supervisor should be a positive individual to lead our concessions stands to provide quality service as well as consistent products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Operating and supervising tasks associated with the concession stand.
  • Operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
  • Ability to work with large groups of people in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to assist with labor and food cost management.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members.
  • Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
  • Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas.
  • Take and record the temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
  • Prior experience with food industry preferred.
  • Experience with the sales and service of alcohol in accordance with the TABC preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Food managerial license preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • The facility has intermittent noise.
