POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sports Facilities Companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with social media, paid digital, website and email strategies/implementation. They will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Develop strategies and calendars for different digital platforms/entities
  • Strategize social media campaigns to help boost sales and brand engagement
  • Monitor KPIs in the digital marketing field
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapid changes
  • Assist with monitoring SEO and user engagement
  • Have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience working with social media, paid digital, website management and/or email marketing
  • Experience with sports, customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Experience with social media management software/programs such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Experience using Facebook Business Manager and running paid advertising to multiple platforms
  • Experience updating websites such as WordPress, Elementor, etc.
  • Experience using email/CRM databases such as Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.
  • Exercise being a critical thinker

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
  • Will be required to operate a computer
