POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sports Facilities Companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with social media, paid digital, website and email strategies/implementation. They will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop strategies and calendars for different digital platforms/entities
- Strategize social media campaigns to help boost sales and brand engagement
- Monitor KPIs in the digital marketing field
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapid changes
- Assist with monitoring SEO and user engagement
- Have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience working with social media, paid digital, website management and/or email marketing
- Experience with sports, customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience with social media management software/programs such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
- Experience using Facebook Business Manager and running paid advertising to multiple platforms
- Experience updating websites such as WordPress, Elementor, etc.
- Experience using email/CRM databases such as Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.
- Exercise being a critical thinker
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
- Will be required to operate a computer
