POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of guest service-related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel

• Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
• Performing daily safety inspections of train, rails, and carousel
• Maintaining daily work records, including safety reports and attendance records

• Provide world-class customer service
• Communicate to guests and team members professionally, both in writing and verbally
• Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
• Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
• Additional tasks assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility

• May be indoors or outdoors

• This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
