AMC SFM, LLC's facility, Adrenaline Monkey is an indoor adventure and training center featuring two full-sized ninja warrior obstacle courses, two Parkour courses, aerial ropes course, rock climbing, soft play structure (for the little ninjas), warrior fitness, and a state-of-the-art arcade.

AMC SFM, LLC is currently interviewing candidates for part-time Sales & Promotions Assistant. This position will report to the Marketing Director.

Job Summary

The Sales & Promotions Assistant is a part-time, entry-level position, which executes business development tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director. Many of these tasks are performed during the slower operational time. During higher volume time the Sales & Promotions Assistant works within the regular operation in Front Desk, Concessions, Admissions, and Operations roles performing a variety of duties meeting the needs of the customers. Shifts will vary based on weather, the day of the week, time of day and availability of workers.


  • Assists with traffic building promotions, and stages all major events, contests, promotions
  • Assists with sponsorship execution
  • Helps plans and execute special events
  • Solicit new business including prospecting and cold calling
  • Create and distribute banquet and event promotional packages
  • Assist with the booking of birthday parties, and other group events and parties
  • Act as personal host for all parties & events; conduct guided tours
  • Assist the graphics team in capturing content (photo, video, etc.) for use in creating in-house flyers, invitations, print ads, posters, e-mail marketing, website content.
  • Greet and serve customers in a timely manner with a smile and pleasant attitude.
  • Ability to maintain good public relations at all times by being helpful and cheerful.
  • Ability to perform the job safely and in compliance with company policies, procedures, work and safety rules and the employee manual.
  • Maintain work-area as neat, orderly, and clean as possible and maintain productivity during slow times as well as work efficiently during high demand times.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate with other team members effectively and respectfully.
  • Responsible for proper handling of cash, assigned bank, and cash register operations.
  • Process all cash, check, credit card and CenterEdge program transactions correctly.
  • Performs end of shift cash handling procedures and/or closing cash handling procedures as required.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
  • Ability to self-start tasks, and to be independent while working, sometimes working alone.


  • Ideal candidates have education and some experience in business development disciplines such as advertising, advertisting, PR, merchandising, graphic design, fundraising and sponsorship sales, website design, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and campaign management.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays.
