Sports Facilities Advisory, LLC ("SFA") and Sports Facilities Management, LLC ("SFM") are the leading resource for those seeking to plan, manage, and optimize sports, recreation, event, and entertainment centers. Our work supports our mission, to improve the health and economic vitality of the communities we serve. We do this by helping private developers and government entities plan, fund, develop, and manage sports facilities.  

SFA is currently interviewing candidates for the Graphic Design Specialist I position. The Graphic Design Specialist I will provide critical support to the growth initiatives of SFA and SFM. The Graphic Design Specialist I will provide direct support to the Director of Marketing. This position requires strong excellent graphic design capabilities, customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and project management. Prior relevant work experience in graphic design will be an advantage in the selection process. Candidates should have an advanced knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and a fluid workflow maximizing the capability of each program.


Primary job responsibilities will include designing print and electronic design deliverables for SFM managed facilities, graphic design SFA|SFM corporate initiatives, tradeshow exhibits, and brand development. Candidates should be a design chameleon and be able to rapidly execute and enhance a variety of brands and styles very quickly. Candidates should also be ready and willing to take design direction and critique in an open, collaborative environment.  

The successful candidate for this position will be selected through a highly competitive interviewing and qualifying process. Interview preparation should include online research into our company, clients, preferred vendors and team.  The final candidate will be chosen based on being a self-motivated and organized professional with unique communication skills and a passion for the work of SFA|SFM.  Training will be provided in SFA|SFM culture, history, services, proposal formats, value propositions, company differentiators and other areas.
